“Carebeau” — The Beginning
Carebeau was founded by Mr. Songpol Rangsima Wong, who started a small business under the registered name Care Beauty Care Co., Ltd. The company began operations in a commercial building, producing shampoo and conditioner under the Carebeau brand, distributed exclusively to salons in provincial areas.
Establishing the First Factory: “Siam Beauty”
The first factory was established and registered as Siam Beauty Co., Ltd., located in Lam Luk Ka, Khlong 14, with a registered capital of 1 million baht and around 20 employees.
Transition to the Second Generation
The second-generation management took over operations, restructuring the company for clearer workflows and expanding product lines to include hair color, perming lotion, hair straightening cream, and a wider range of skin and body care products.
They also expanded the sales team to target wholesale markets and strengthen national distribution.
Expansion: Establishing the Second Factory — “SB Interlab Co., Ltd.”
In 2009, the company built its second factory and registered as SB Interlab Co., Ltd., located in Lam Luk Ka, Khlong 10, with a registered capital of 90 million baht and 100 employees.
Nationwide Market Expansion
A professional management team restructured sales operations, focusing on expanding distribution to salons nationwide and creating a promotional team to run activities across the country.
Cross-Border and International Market Expansion
Carebeau extended its customer base to border regions and began exporting products internationally.
Warehouse and Inventory Management System Implementation
To support market growth, a new finished goods warehouse was built with a capacity of over 2,000 pallets. A comprehensive warehouse management system (WMS) was introduced to improve storage and delivery efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely product distribution.
GMP ASEAN Certification and Exclusive Distributors in 10 Countries
In 2016, Carebeau received ASEAN GMP certification for cosmetics from the Thai FDA, Ministry of Public Health, and established exclusive distribution partnerships in 10 countries.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification and SME Award 2017
Carebeau earned ISO 9001:2015 certification and the SME Award 2017 from the Prime Minister’s Office. The company also implemented a human resource management system, including job descriptions, performance evaluations, and KPIs for structured benefits, salary adjustments, and bonuses.
Halal Certification and Lean Management Implementation
In 2018, Carebeau received Halal certification from the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand (CICOT). The company adopted Lean Management principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control production costs, achieving Green Industry Level 2 certification from the Ministry of Industry.
During this time, Carebeau also launched its first nationwide TV advertising campaign with a budget of over 40 million baht, significantly increasing brand awareness and modern trade presence.
Green Industry Level 3 Certification
In 2020, Carebeau was awarded Green Industry Level 3 certification by the Ministry of Industry and signed an MOU with Moong Pattana International Public Co., Ltd. (MOONG) to expand distribution into modern trade and retail stores nationwide.
Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company swiftly adapted to maintain sales performance and safeguard employee health, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
Launch of E-commerce Platform — Carebeau Express
Carebeau launched Carebeau Express, an e-commerce platform featuring affiliate and dropship systems, enabling network sales within a single app. The company also received recognition from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare for implementing Good Labour Practices (GLP).
Expansion into Oral and Facial Care Products
Carebeau introduced new product lines in the oral care and facial skincare categories, making these available directly to consumers.
40th Anniversary Celebration
In 2023, Carebeau celebrated its 40th anniversary under the brand slogan:
